The AgraQuant® Histamine is an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed for the quantification of histamine levels in foods, such as fish meal, fresh fish, milk, cheese, sausage and wine. This product is intended for laboratory use.

- 96 histamine-coated microwells (12 eight-well strips) in a microwell holder sealed in a foil pouch
- 6 ready-to-use standards (0; 0.5; 1.5; 5; 15 and 50 ppb)
- 1 bottle of concentrated (5X) wash buffer
- 1 bottle of conjugate solution
- 1 bottle of substrate solution
- 1 bottle of stop solution
- 1 bottle of histamine antiserum
- 2 bottles of acylation buffer
- 2 bottles of acylation reagent
