RapidChek^® Histamine is a ready-to-use test kit designed to screen frozen and fresh raw fish for the presence of histamine. Since histamine is a byproduct of certain bacterial growth and is considered evidence of decomposition, conducting this test is mandatory before food processing to ensure compliance with food safety criteria.

The AgraStrip^® Pro Allergen Control Material set includes both positive and negative control materials, formulated to validate the performance of your AgraStrip^® Pro allergen test kits. The positive control is a spiked rice flour matrix, incorporating traces of almond, beta-lactoglobulin, brazil nut, casein, cashew, coconut, crustacea, gluten, hazelnut, lupin, macadamia, milk, mustard, peanut, sesame, soy, walnut, and whole egg allergens. The negative control, a feed lime matrix, ensures your tests can accurately identify the absence of these allergens.
